| | We have been using Timeless Time & Expense single and then Multi-User for Many years to RELIABLY KEEP TRACK OF OUR BILLABLE HOURS & DETAILS, so we could Copy & Paste into Quickbooks Pro's Timesheets, for billing our customers, INSTEAD of using the Quickbooks Pro Timer. WHY? because until Quickbooks Pro 2006, a computer crash or sudden termination of the timer would cause us to LOSE ALL of the timekeeping information necessary to bill our clients. We have used TT&E because of it extreme reliability. A computer crash or sudden termination of TT&E does not result in any data, ($$$) loss. When restarted, TT&E picks up right where it left off!!! The ONLY DOWNSIDE has been the many many hours it takes to bill our clients. Why not just use TT&E to generate the invoices? Because Quickbooks keeps all of the financials, (invoicing, customer payments, banking, etc.) together, which is very important to running a business. NOW FOR THE DILEMMA ... The NEW Quickbooks Pro 2006 TIMER is Finally RELIABLE, and allows us to do our Billing IN MINUTES, Instead of the HOURS IT TAKES, COPYING & PASTING from TT&E. BUT WE LOVE THE DETAIL & VERSATILE REPORTING THAT TT&E PROVIDES. Millions of Quickbooks users would buy Timeless Time & Expense, if you would just supply a simple Utility to IMPORT the .iif files that Quickbooks creates to transfer Customer Information to the timer, into TT&E & then export the timekeeping data to a .iif file to bring that info into Quickbooks for invoicing. We would be more than happy to provide sample files for MAG Softwrks to work with, and would be even happier that we wouldn't have to give up our beloved Timeless Time & Expense. Thanks, Alan P.S. Add Quickbooks Pro Import & Export and MAG Softwrks Will Make A Fortune. Can anyone else see the tremendous need & potential for this?

| | I too use QuickBooks for my invoicing and billing needs, but prefer TT for tracking my time. It would be great if they integrated with eachother! Here's a suggestion to get the development started on this project (if MAG Softwrks wants to tackle this): Although the idea mentioned by awhinden involved Import and Export of QuickBooks formatted data, you could consider an alternative: QuickBooks has an SDK which allows you to manipulate most data inside of a company file. It's fairly easy-to-use (I've programmed with it myself), and supports versions of QuickBooks all the way back to 2002. You can check it out here: http://developer.intuit.com/QuickBooksSDK/qbsdk.asp ~ Enjoy

| This is actually our plan. However, it will not happen until a major release.

| Hi there. Any update on when you may be planning to add the QuickBooks import feature to Timeless? It's been nearly two years since the request was made, and I'd *love* to have this feature in action.

| | Thank you for following up. We appreciate your suggestions. Our developers are working hard on our next major release. We are looking at adding QuickBooks sometime during the life of the 3.0 product. I do not have a date for you at this time though. Thank you for your continued support and patience.
