We are pleased to announce our new online Knowledge Base and Community Forums.

The Knowledge Base has been online for a few months and is your source for answers to common questions.  The list was compiled from the most common support questions over the years.

Our newest support option is the Online community forum.  We made the community forum so all our users can discuss the best way to use Timeless Time & Expense.  We know our users have unique insights and problems.  We these unique experiences to benefit everyone.

We will also use the Community to communicate more regularly with our users.  We will be using informal polls to access the needs of a larger sampling of our users.  We encourage you to check back regularly and make your voice heard.

These new support options are not designed to take the place of our existing customer support.  They are provided so you have quicker answers and more extensive information.  You can count on the same high level of customer support you are used to receiving.
