Hello ---

Been checking out the software pretty intensely, trying to adapt it to a legal practice and billing. Though customizable reports/invoices are #1 on the list, I'd really like to see the following "summary" views for the "Time", "Expense", and "To Do" panes:

-- When under the "task" view, the "Time" (or "Expenses" or "To Do") tab pane would show the entries under not just the one tree-task item selected, but a cumulative list of all those tasks beneath/under it in the hierarchy as well. It seems it would be much more useful to see a complete list of all time/expense entries relevant to a task level.

-- When under the "date" view, to be able to click-and-drag select date ranges from the calendars, or click on a month at a time, to see a summary list of all time/expense/to-do entries for that date range.

Being limited to seeing time entry lists one day at a time, or only for one specific task-tree item, I am finding too limited to work with....

Thanks! I think the application has a lot of promise, and I'm looking forward to developments...

Terri,

This has been a concern for a long time.  On the surface, it seems perfectly reasonable.  The problem comes in after using Timeless for years.  When selecting the highest level, there will be a large number of entries.  This could cause performance problems.  So in the current release, the best way to get this information is to create a report.

That said, we are exploring ways to provide expanded information without running a report.

Rashid,

The release time frame has not been set.  Development is continuing, but it is too early to announce dates.
