Hi,

I am a current/soon-to-be former user of Fusion Desk 1.1.3 which, shortly after I purchased a license, was no longer supported by its author.  Before making another purchase decision, I am first determined to ensure that a product is support by a community along with its author(s).

I am hopeful for responses to this post as, from what I can see of Timeless Time and Expense, it is a product which I am interested in purchasing.

Regards,

Kevin

Jason,

Timeless Time & Expense has been actively supported since 1997.  We are actively working on a new major release with new and improved functionality.

We had a little mixup as to who would answer your previous post.  But rest assured, when support is needed you will receive a valid response.

I can vouch for many years of excellent support. All of my questions have been answered very quickly.  The level of support is higher than I have gotten with almost any big company's paid support plans.
