I find two important fields that is needed for projects: date and project number. I currenlty make my project name look like this:
P014 Internal Migration Technical Inventory (2.9.2005)

It isn't very handy ... Is there other solutions? coming features to next release?

How can I get out the project notes into a report?

We are looking at adding custom fields to the next major release.  At this point, it is too early to project a release date or the final set of features.  But it is on the list.

Currently, to include project notes in a report, you will have to do your own custom reporting.  The multi-user version is more flexible when it comes to custom reporting.  See this knowledge base article.  http://www.magsoftwrx.com/kb/article.aspx?id=10011

This single-user version can only export data from existing reports, so the only custom reporting that can be done is layout customization in your own reporting tool.

The multi-user version can be used with one single-user license.  When using in this mode, you will not be able to add additional licenses http://www.magsoftwrx.com/kb/article.aspx?id=10010.  Additionally, you can import a single-user file into the multi-user version http://www.magsoftwrx.com/kb/article.aspx?id=10037.
