| I need to change the billing rate from default to a fixed hourly rate for all entries since Jan 2008 for one C client.
The options available are to fix the billing rate for all other entries or change the billing rate for all other entries.
My options seem to be
(i) enter properties for each of about 100 entries since Jan 2008 and change the rate for each - rather laborious; or perhaps
(ii) moving all entries up to Dec 2007 to anothe temporary C client name; change billing rate for all; move the transferred entries back to my C client part.
Is this workable? Is there a better way?

| Either option may work, but to give the best advice I would like to know what the rates will be going forward. Will you continue at the 2008 rate, go back to the 2007 rate or will it be a new rate?
FYI, the next major release will solve this problem by allowing you to define rate sets over periods of time.
