In a given day, I may work on the same Client > Task all day with 8 different activities. So when I look at the Date view, it is useless. For example they may all say CLIENT-NAME. Is there anyway to add a column to this view for the activity?

Not in the current release. However, this has already been addressed in the next major release. With that version, you will be able to customize the view to show activity or a number of other columns.

If we purchase today is the a paid upgrade or a update to the system?
Any thoughts on the release date? I see from previous posts that you guys were not putting a date on that yet. Let me know if that is still the case.

It will be a free upgrade to the new release of Timeless Time & Expense if it is released within six months of purchase. We are currently targeting April for the release.
