Hi
Have you considered the possibility of makin templates.
I start new file every quarter. And with the same projects(I do maintenance, that why they are the same).
So it would nice to be able to use a template, so i don't have to create alle the tasks from scratch

We have not considered templates because we do not recommend periodically creating new files. The reason is that is becomes difficult to report on data contained in multiple files. You have to run a report in each data file and manually consolidate the information.
If you really want to periodically create new files, you can create a new data file called 'template' with all your tasks. When you want to create a new file, open the template file and select the File | Save As menu item. Alternatively, you could copy the data file directly and open it in Timeless.
